PROTOTYPE TOOL DEVELOPMENT

Our experienced extrusion operators can provide you with submission or production parts on our fully equipped prototype and production extrusion lines. Our extrusion lines offer special machine screws, co-extruders for dual or triple extruded parts, heavy duty vacuum calibrating tables, heavy duty extrusion pullers, cut to length saws and fly knife cutters. Our in line laminators, hot stamping machines, and embossers allow finished decorating of your parts in line.

Appliance extrusions with metal stabilizers, decorative embossing, vinyl or mylar laminating, and in line hot stamping.

Medical extrusions, including tubing.
Braided tubing, including metal and fiber braids.
Co-extrusions, including dual and tri-extrusions.
Special coatings
Wire extrusions.
